Charges & Park Rulebook


The Standard pitch fee for 2024 is £4100.

The Premium pitch fee for new customers for 2024 is £5460 These pitches have a bit more than the standard pitches, it could be sea view through a side window, it may be a more secluded spot, or possibly it has more space than a standard pitch or it could have a combination of all of these things. 

The Vista (V1 to V9 – caravans facing the sea) pitch fee for 2023 is £6900 for pitches in the area behind the reception with views similar to those of our web cam. Only new caravan holiday homes can be placed in this area. – None Available


In addition to the above water, electric and gas are supplied through meters.  Electric is charged at 22p per unit plus VAT at 5%.Gas (propane) is charged at £2.80 per cubic meter plus VAT at 5%. The combined Water & Sewerage charge is £3.30 per unit.


Payment can be made by Direct Debit over 10 months starting in January each year, or by cheque -half in January and half in April.

The utilities are charged for twice a year after your meters are read in June/July and when your caravan is closed down for the winter.

For example – you would make 10 equal payments of the pitch fee starting in January each year & two payments for utilities one in June, one at the end of the season.


The pitch fee is usually set in the autumn each year for the following season. Prices for gas, electric, water are in the hands of the suppliers.

Where applicable VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
